The award has been definitely rendered, so the intention of the present opinion is not to discuss the case once again, but to shed light upon an interesting legal question arising from that dispute, namely: how should parties handle the time limit to fulfil a decision issued by a FIFA judicial body together with the time limit to appeal such a decision to CAS?
