Facts of the case
In January 2016, FC Partizan and the player Cedric Gogoua Kouame (Player) entered into an employment contract, valid for the next 4 years.
In September 2019, the Player mistakenly believed that FC Partizan owed him two monthly salaries and filed a warning with the club, stating that he would terminate the employment contract in the case of non-payment.
After that, the Player filed another two warnings, none of which were answered by FC Partizan.
Finally, as soon as the deadline set by the third warning expired, the Player unilaterally terminated the employment contract.
Soon after, the Player filed a claim with the FIFA DRC, while FC Partizan filed a counterclaim.
