One of the difficulties facing any lawyer when writing any kind of legal article is to be interesting. The things become even worse when the subject is doping.
Leaving aside other considerations, and from a strict legal point of view, doping is an extraordinary technical issue which proves less interesting than other problems that surround the world of football.
Besides, I should confess that like many other lawyers, the World Anti-Doping Code produces in me a feeling of professional rejection. Do not misunderstand me, I am openly against doping, but the World Anti-Doping Code remains anchored to legal archaisms that many of us believe have been out of date for a long time. As a matter of fact, the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) is an entity populated by scientists who have no problem admitting their antagonism towards lawyers.
