National football associations may establish a National Dispute Resolution Chamber (NDRC) to deal with disputes involving its members at national level. Employment-related disputes between a club and a foreign player (international dimension), as a rule, fall under the jurisdiction of the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber.[1]
However, exceptionally the parties may opt for such disputes to be decided by an independent arbitration tribunal that has been established at the national level, as per Article 22(b) FIFA RSTP:
“(…) the aforementioned parties may, however, explicitly opt in writing for such disputes to be decided by an independent arbitration tribunal that has been established at...
