On 1 April 2015, the new FIFA Regulations on working with intermediaries came into force. As the governing body expressed, these rules represent a change in search of more transparency and simplicity[1]. Others, with more criticism, consider this change represents a return to the Wild West[2]. What is undisputed is that, as a main change, the licensing system is abolished and the focus is shifted to the players and clubs.
