As we all are aware, FIFA made a decision to conduct an in-depth reform of the players’ agents system through a new approach based on the concept of intermediaries, which came into force on 1 April 2015 and which consigned to history the old concept of licensed players’ agents[1].
The regulations do not change the other forms of statutory obligations on a person acting in the capacity of an intermediary[2].
