Spain: Central-Administrative Judge Denies Pedro Rocha’s Injunction, Who Will Not Run in the Coming RFEF Elections


On 3 September 2024, the Spanish administrative jurisdiction denied the injunction filed by the former interim Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) President. This means that, most likely, Mr. Rocha will not be able to stand for election at the upcoming RFEF presidential elections.
