On 15 November 2019, the Executive Committee of the Football Union of Russia (FUR) approved a revised version of the FUR Dispute Resolution Regulations (DRR), coming into force as from 1 January 2020.
Apart from a set of routine changes, the FUR introduced a novella according to which all FUR Dispute Resolution Chamber (DRC) decisions with grounds shall become publicly available.
From now on, where a party to a dispute requests a grounded decision, such decision shall be published...
