The FUR Dispute Resolution Chamber issued the very first decision acknowledging the fact of sporting succession between two different legal entities, managing the club, in the absence of a legal succession.

Facts of the case

On 29 August 2017, the FUR Dispute Resolution Chamber issued a decision in favor of four professional football players: Mr Borodin, Drukovsky, Sapaev Volkov and Pugachev (the Players) and ordered FC Sakhalin to pay certain amounts to the Players as the indebtedness under respective employment contracts.
