The background facts
On 15 May 2012, the Coach and the Club entered into an employment contract valid until 30 June 2015.
On 17 June 2013, the parties concluded the Termination Agreement, under the terms of which they mutually agreed upon the termination of the employment contract.
Pursuant to the Termination Agreement, the Club was obliged to pay the Coach a compensation in four installments payable by 30 June 2013, 30 November 2013, 31 January 2014 and 28 February 2014, respectively.
