CAS Upholds Yves Jean-Bart's Appeal in Disciplinary Case


On 14 February 2023, the Court of Arbitration for Sport announced that it had upheld the appeal filed by Mr Yves Jean-Bart, former president of the Haitian Football Federation (HFF), involved in an alleged case of sexual misconduct and abuses, due to evidentiary inconsistencies.
